The Role We're looking for a passionate and driven College Football Contributor to join the Sideline Society Media team. This is an unpaid internship built for the aspiring sports media professional who wants real bylines, real experience, and a platform to develop their voice.
What You'll Do
Write and publish college football content including game previews, recaps, analysis, and feature stories
Contribute to Sideline Society Media's newsletter and digital platforms
Stay current on college football news, storylines, and trending narratives
Collaborate with the editorial team on content planning and strategy
Assist in creating social media content to support published pieces
Market and expand our audience.
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for college football and sports media
Strong writing skills with a clear, engaging voice
Self-motivated with the ability to meet deadlines independently
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Journalism, Communications, Sport Management, or a related field
Knowledge of the college football landscape — conferences, teams, players, and culture

Stay current on standings, rosters, and the personalities shaping the league
Collaborate with the editorial team on story ideas and content direction
Market and expand our audience.
What We're Looking For

The Role We're looking for a creative and motivated Video Producer to join the Sideline Society Media team. This is an unpaid internship built for the aspiring sports media professional who wants hands-on production experience, a real portfolio, and the opportunity to shape how a growing brand tells its stories visually — across both short-form and long-form content.
What You'll Do
Produce, edit, and publish short-form video content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
Develop and edit long-form video content including features, documentaries, and editorial pieces for YouTube
Collaborate with the editorial and creative team to bring written stories to life on screen
Stay current on video trends, formats, and platform best practices across social media
Assist in conceptualizing and executing video content that reflects the Sideline Society Media brand voice
Manage video assets, organization, and post-production workflows
Market and expand our audience
What We're Looking For
A passion for sports, storytelling, and visual content creation
Proficiency in video editing software — Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or CapCut
A strong eye for pacing, aesthetics, and on-screen storytelling
Understanding of short-form and long-form content strategy across platforms
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Film, Communications, Journalism, Sport Management, or a related field
