Photographer & Visual Content Creator (Internship — Unpaid)

The Role We're looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photographer & Visual Content Creator to join the Sideline Society Media team. This is an unpaid internship built for a photographer who wants real credits, a growing portfolio, and the opportunity to shape the visual identity of an emerging sports and culture media brand.
What You'll Do
Shoot and edit photography for live events, pop-ups, and brand activations representing Sideline Society Media
Create branded visual content for use across social media, the website, and editorial pieces
Collaborate with the Social & Digital Media Creator and Video Producer to maintain a cohesive visual identity across all platforms
Develop editorial photography to accompany published articles and features
Manage and organize photo assets for use across the team
Contribute published work that may be featured in the Sideline Society Media weekly newsletter digest
What We're Looking For
A genuine passion for photography, sports, and visual storytelling
A strong portfolio demonstrating range across event, editorial, and creative photography
Proficiency in photo editing software — Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, or similar
A strong eye for composition, lighting, and aesthetic consistency
Strong communication and collaboration skills — you'll be working closely with creative and editorial teams
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Communications, Media Production, or a related field
