MISSION
Sideline Society Media is a digital sports media platform developed through the ESPN Digital Media School Outreach Mentorship Program. Built to function as more than a portfolio, the platform operates as an emerging outlet focused on the intersection of sports, culture, and modern fan conversation.
Led by Founder and Editorial Director Brandon Pulmano, Sideline Society Media brings together a team of contributors covering the NFL, NBA, and the cultural impact of today’s athletes.
Through a contributor based editorial model, writers collaborate to produce features, analysis, and cultural commentary that explore the moments, mindsets, and narratives shaping the modern sports landscape delivering storytelling that goes beyond the scoreboard.

Cavina Lee brings a unique perspective to Sideline Society Media at the intersection of fashion, culture, and sport. Growing up around luxury fashion with a particular appreciation for brands like Chanel she developed an early passion for both high fashion and streetwear culture. Her favorite players are Kyrie Irving and Kobe Bryant.Cavina is currently a PhD candidate at the University of California, Irvine, conducting research within the Department of Molecular Biology and Biochemistry.
